You may reach me at 408-252-4798 and leave a message with the office.
I am not able to answer the phone during the day. If you have an urgent message please tell the office to contact me right away. Also, during Remote Learning I will not receive any phone messages.
Email is the best way to communicate with me.
My email is:
I am able to receive email throughout the day. This means I will see your email very quickly and will often be able to respond right away.
If you do not get a response that day, please check in again. Especially at the beginning sometimes emails go to spam etc. Or it may mean that I am home due to illness etc. Otherwise, I do my best to respond right away.
During Remote Learning email is our only way to communicate. Let's keep in touch!
Please know that you and your child are very important to me.
As a parent myself, I completely understand that unexpected things happen. I also understand that you have important information to let me know. For example, your child may have a doctor or dentist appointment. Perhaps s/he was unable to do all the homework because of illness or special family circumstances etc. When you let me know what's happening, it makes it easy for me to extend grace, extend deadlines, and sometimes excuse routine assignments. For me, school and homework policies are guidelines, and not unbreakable rules. Please just keep me in the loop.
There is a specific page in the drop down menu called REMOTE LEARNING.
This provides some specific information about how we will communicate during long distance learning. Please check it out.
During this time, leaving a message at the Lincoln School office is not the best way to communicate with me.
I believe firmly that regular communication is important. Please let me know ASAP the best email for me to contact you regarding school and your child. This is especially true during the Remote Learning time. Thank you!
